Orders are shipped within 2 business days of placing your order.
All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class and will require a signature on delivery.
We also offer the option of delivery to an address other than your registered payment card address. Once your order has been confirmed the delivery address cannot be changed, for security purposes.
In the unlikely event of strike action by Royal Mail, or severe weather conditions or transport restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery. We are very sorry if, due to reasons beyond our control, delivery is delayed. If this happens, we promise to do our best to get your sister to you as soon as possible.

sister loves to travel! We are more than happy to ship internationally. Please note that orders outside the UK, including Europe, may be subject to additional import duties & custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

For many regions, including Europe and North America, we use the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed® service, which is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation. For some countries the Royal Mail only offers an International Tracked or International Signed for service, which is a different service.
Please note that International orders will take between 7-10 days from dispatch.

We absolutely want you to be happy with your sister and understand that sometimes clothes need to be returned as they may be the wrong size, colour etc.
If you wish to return your order, please inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order, clearly stating your order number and the reason for your return.
We accept returns on our items if they are sent back to us within 7 days of you notifying sister of your return. The items should be returned to us in perfect condition: new, unworn, and unwashed with labels still intact. If your sister purchase is not returned in such condition sister holds the right to refuse return. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure that your sister purchase is appropriately packaged to avoid damage to our clothing in transit.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Please note that your original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot take responsibility for items lost and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using a ‘signed for’ service as proof of receipt.
We will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s) from you, subject to our standard quality checks. The refund for cancelled orders includes the full value of the cancelled order, but excluding shipping costs.
We are very happy to exchange your sister. You will need to follow the returns procedure above and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.
HELP US LOOK AFTER YOUR SISTER’S QUALITY
When trying on your new sister please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Each dress has very clear washing instructions on its care label. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Please look after your sister like we would!
We care for our sisters and throughly check our clothing before dispatch, but if you do happen to find a fault please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product fault and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act you have the right to get a full refund for a faulty item, but this right is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase of your item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
